    Hey guys!

    First of all, thanks for the awesome support all these years. I’d like to start by apologizing for the screw up. I know we didn’t do the enough testing. If we had, I wouldn’t be writing this post.

    Second, we know we broke the plugin — please give us 12 hours to fix the issue. We are working on an update and will release it within next few hours.

    Again, apologies for the inconvenience.

    Thanks for the awesome support, everyone. I didn’t expect to receive this kind of comments. So once again, thanks everyone for being so nice.

    We’ve released an update, which should fix the error. If anyone of you’re still having issues, please let me know.

    Here’s what happened, if anyone is curious. We added a new feature that allows themes and plugins to provide their own custom designed forms that work with the Optin Forms plugin. We tested the theme with the theme, but didn’t do enough testing with old forms, which resulted in the error.


    Thanks for the plugin. I’m not getting a name on MailChimp. I’ve tried both first-only as well as first and last, and nothing. The email enters no problem, and the subscriber shows up on my MC list, but without a name. Am I the only one?
