Hello. Do you remember me? 1 month ago I published I had issues to display the next opening. Okay, that was fixed, but…

Today I entered on my website and today is our first opening day, and the widget keep showing “we are closed, our next opening is on March, 11th”.

I don’t know what can be the issue. I went to settings to check out if I had right the current date and time and everything is fine.

I thought… maybe it has something to do with the fact that is classified as irregular opening?

Please, is really important, check it out as soon as possible.

    Thank you.

  • Okay it goes an hour behind, and I set UTC+1 (my timezone) in wordpress and still goes an hour behind. Also, I want to display “Today we open” the entire day, I mean: if someone goes to the website at 9am, and we open on 6pm, I want to display “Today we open from 6pm to 0am”. Do you know what I mean? I want to display that we open today the entire day. Also, it just simply says “Today we are open” and not “Today we are open from X to X”.

Hi, I will have a look at the timezone settings soon but I currently don’t have the time to. I will also add more capabilities to the Status widget/shortcode as this is highly requested in the last couple of weeks but this will come in a future release.
In the meanwhile you can use the PHP developer API to get the data you want.

Could you please check whether it works when you not use the UTC offset timezone but the city-related timezone in WordPress?

Yes, I tried the timezone city Madrid, and still doesn’t work well. Now, today we are open and it says we are closed, and that we open on thursday, and today we are open from 12:30h to 20:00h, and it’s 15:07h. Clients are calling asking if it’s closed or open, they are confused. Remember that I have a lot of irregular openings, did you touch that? I tried to remove and add again today’s schedule, and still the same.

Also I want to know how I can include that code on my widget. Do I have to replace some code for that one? If it’s the case, on what file I have to do it? I don’t have so much experience on that kind of stuff, so please, explain me so I can have the widget as I want it. I’ll make a good donation if you help me. Thank you.

Now seems it displays well when we are closed and when we are open, but I still need so much to put the opening times when it’s open. If is not possible, can I include somehow the title of the irregular opening? Maybe is a good way to put the opening times, since I always use the opening times as title too.

Everything fixed in the new update. Thank you.
