Am not sure if it is theme based error or WordPress based, any help we can get is appreciated.
We get this error when two authors are posting/updating different articles at the same time…

    Insufficient Storage
The method could not be performed on the resource because the server is unable to store the representation needed to successfully complete the request. There is insufficient free space left in your storage allocation.

Additionally, a 507 Insufficient Storage error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

On refreshing its goes away. And amazingly the error log on the cpanel does not show anything.

Can anyone help on how to resolve this?

The error itself says it all. You ran out of room on your server, you don’t have an error page for a 507 error, and the host didn’t have enough ‘elbow room’ to deal with the error generated when it found out you didn’t have the 507 error page.

Sounds like you need to add some storage capability to your web server. That’s usually done via a server or account upgrade.

You might also look at reducing the number of posts and content on that server but I’d caution you on deleting anything much. Deleting content might remove the archival content that helps bring people back.

You might want to consider a local development box if you have the in-house resources to build that to at least keep ‘the workflow’ going but that can be quite an undertaking.

Have a talk with your web host about this problem.

Yes, sounds like it might be time to upgrade hosting plans. Have a talk with your host about this.
