WD Slider – parallax slider cropping images

I have spent several hours looking at the the WD slider forum questions as well as googling for a solution and have found nothing. There were a couple forum posts that had similar problems, but their solutions didn’t work for me.
The images keep getting cropped no matter what combination of settings I try (including the Global settings->Background Fit & the dimension ratios). I am using the Business Elite them with beaver builder and my issue is with WD slider. My website isn’t public yet so linking it would be pointless. I’m fairly new to all this so I apologize if this is an obvious fix. Is there anyway someone can help me please?

Thank you for responding:) I still get the problem when I publish the slider without using the builder plugin. I think I discovered the cause of the issue, but I don’t know how to fix it. In the Business Elite theme I have the menu fixed (in customization settings) & I think that is what is what is causing the images to look like they are cropped because when I un-check the “Fix menu” box & refresh the website I am able to see the whole images. I need the menu to be fixed so how do I resolve this issue?
