  • In my opinion we should report that on WordPress, having such a great plugin but no support it’s sounds like they do this in order to buy the product.

    -999999 for support 🙁

    I am really sorry for the ling wait.

    Well, there were two serious issues that arose in the last few months, just after the COVID pandemic.

    1. Number of support requests certainly increased 5 times than before
    2. In such a situation we are also running with a small team so it is not possible to increase our support team dramatically.

    So, support replies are getting delayed.
