 * Having the same issue. Have you been able to resolve it? Unfortunately I’ve found
   that no plugin or snippet is the cause of this issue. Even the support is taking
   at least a week to get back to me with no solutions. Even just a workaround for
   this would be nice since I’m not even using this chatbox feature anyway.
