WC Register not working?

Hi Everyone,
Can you please help me i am not able to solve one issue .. i have installed wc LATEST version on my site.

what i am facing: when i register from MY Account page then my account created but the same userid pass word i used does not work for login and automatic password received on registered email id.

What is the issue..
