# WC emails while using Gravity Forms form ?

 * Hello, when switching “Request form” to “Gravity Forms” in plugin form settings
   page, the WooCommerce emails (for example: “[YITH Request a Quote] Email to request
   a quote”) are not being sent anymore.
 * Is it possible to still send those “well formatted” quotes to clients while using
   Gravity Forms for the actual form?

 * Understood, I failed to notice that it’s a commercial version feature. I’m currently
   using the free plugin.
 * Purely as a side note, perhaps a UX topic – many developers include paid features
   as “disabled” options in free plugins so it’s easier for end users to understand
   what’s going on – in my case WC email related options just disappeared so I got
   a feeling that WC emails are not available overall when Gravity Forms form is
   used.
