Hi there

Viewing the returns report on the store. The figure that is being reported appears to be the orders value less the cost of the shipping.

Is this correct?
Or is it a bug?

Hi @robinrsa –

From the developers’ discussion on the WooCommerce Github repository (Correcting and clarifying analytics terms and calculations), refunded shipping charges and refunded taxes are not included in the returns summary number or column. They appear as negative values in shipping and taxes on the date of the return.
