Hi we run a multivendor site using woocommerce and dokan. We have an issue we’ve had for months and are not able to fix it.

Some costumers purchase several products from us, the order goes through, but the customer is not sent to the thank you page. They stay at check out and are shown a unspecified error icon. So they tend to try again and pay twice.

I’ve tried to deactivate every plugin except Woocommerce and Dokan. Still getting the error. I have tried the default theme. Still getting the error.

    Screenshot of error:

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Is this the right changelog for your theme?

If so, you could try updating to the latest version.

That is the Dokan plugin changelog. The latest theme version is Version: 2.3.4 which I have installed. All plugins have been updated to the latest version, but the error is still there.

    Howdy!

This issue seems to be coming from the Dokan plugin itself, although I see you are using Stripe for payments.

If you de-activate the Dokan plugin and try a transaction with just WooCommerce and Stripe activated (and using a default theme like “Twenty Seventeen” or “Storefront”) does the error still show up?

I’d recommend running a full conflict test as outlined here on a staging site:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4

You may need to contact the Dokan support team for help with this.

    Hi,

I tested this yesterday. It runs fine when deactivating the Dokan plugin, so it’s obvious that there’s something wrong on their end. I’m talking to their support now.

Thanks for all the help and suggestions 🙂
