Unfortunately, we don’t have any built-in options for adding a watermark to imported images; however, you could use a plugin like this one to bulk add them after they’re imported: https://wordpress.org/plugins/image-watermark/.

I wouldn’t suggest modifying images as they’re imported because it can cause the import to go really slow. If you really want to, though, you could ask the developers of that plugin if they have a way to make it work with imported images, or you can ask them if they have a helper function that can be implemented via our API: https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/action-reference/.
