# Watermark

 * Wondering if there is any way retroactively apply a watermark to existing galleries?
   See example page I sent, you can see the first image has a little logo which 
   is the new watermark, but all the old images have a larger literal watermark,
   this was the old style. Is it possible to batch-update all the old images with
   the new watermark somehow?

 * Also, follow up question, is it possible to have watermarks apply to certain 
   galleries but not others? Or is there just one setting to apply to all galleries
   no matter what?

 * Sorry for the late reply.
 * Currently, you can set automatic watermarking for new image uploads. By enabling
   the feature under **“Imagely > Settings > Watermarking > Apply watermark automatically
   during upload”** any new images uploaded will automatically receive the watermark.
 * For images that have already been uploaded, watermarking needs to be done manually.
   You can do this by going to **“Imagely > Galleries”** selecting a gallery, and
   applying the current watermark using the** “Bulk Actions” **menu at the top of
   the page, as shown in this [screenshot](https://a.supportally.com/i/ehkNwq).
