Watermark

I was trying out different settings on a gallery page, I tried the watermark feature, but on viewing, it was too big and opaque. I decreased the font size and reduced the opacity, and tried again, only to find that it had destructively edited both watermarks into all my images. (a) is there any any way to undo this? and (b) if there isn’t I’d suggest there is a major warning added to the page regarding its destructive image editing mode.
