    Please try refreshing your browser and/or clearing the cache after you upload the new watermark.

    The watermark uploaded, but it is still not showing up on the pictures.

    Hi Donacage,

    Once uploaded, you need to let the processor re-thumbnail all your images. If you are not running the processor automatically via your system’s control panel (cron job) you will have to manually keep refreshing it many, many times for it to go through all your images.

    Ok, I set up the cron job and nothing happened. To be sure I set it up correctly, I tried to run it manually. Still nothing. I removed all my images and am now just testing with 1 image. Still nothing. Very frustrating.

    I did as you asked, logged in and sent a private message with my login information. I haven’t heard anything back and nothing has changed on my website. I’m a little frustrated because I can’t continue unless I know that my photos can be watermarked. If not, I will have to choose a different theme and plug in and start over (lots of work). I need to have some kind of answer so I can move forward, so please give me an update as soon as possible. I put my information into the symbiostock.org/forums website roughly 6 days ago. Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi there – I am looking into this now. I see that you updated your WooCommerce to the latest version and not the version that is supported by Symbiostock – I am fixing that to see if it rectifies your issue.

    I just ran a test and everything is working fine – I can only assume your processor was not properly configured to run periodically. I have responded to your query on the Symbiostock forums – please continue communication there.
