 * Could any one tell me what is the best water mark plugin to use? I have downloaded
   warther mark reloaded. I can not get the water mark to be light enough. Or in
   the right place, is there a better plugin to use?

    What exactly do you need watermarking for? If it’s for pictures only, you
   could insert the watermark into your pics before uploading them to WP. There 
   are several image editing programs that have bulk editing and watermarking capabilities,
   such as Shrink-O-Matic, but there aremany more.
