• Bought the $199 package because I use Woocommerce and had a few issues with Google Mobile Friendly. Although my site is responsive, I thought WPTouch would be a better option – how wrong I was!

Firstly you have to pay $199 to get Woocommerce compatibility. OK, I know they are in business to make money, but for that amount for a WP plugin, I want the thing to work and to look darn good. Unfortunately it does neither.

The site still has problems with ‘tap targets’ being too close. This is a premium mobile theme and tap targets are too close. On contacting support, I was told I could change using CSS. But unlike my theme, there is no quick way to add custom CSS, and anyway, what class or ID am I changing?

Also the WC theme is poor. You have a small logo stuck at the top which looks daft

So I decided to go back to my responsive theme, which I can edit the CSS easily and request a refund. Apparently you can only have a refund if they determine the plugin is not working. As if that’s ever going to happen.

IMO, get yourself a good responsive theme – it will work much better
