Hello,
We are sorry that you had to face that issue.
We went on to your website and we found out that you are using custom login which is not supported by Loginizer as of now. We are in process of adding support for that and it will be released soon. Would you please tell us which plugin/theme you are using for custom login so we can add support for that.
