Simple functionality costs extra after you waste your time testing it out. Doesn’t work well with Genensis nor WP 4.2

I’m sorry you feel Ninja Forms was a waste of time.

Ninja Forms works great with Genesis and the latest version of WordPress. All of our company sites are built with Genesis and we are on the latest version of WordPress as well.

Simple functionality is fairly subjective. If it’s simple that you don’t need to purchase it because you could obviously build it yourself. If you can’t build it yourself than calling something a simple feature is a bit disingenuous since you have no context to make such a claim.

It just comes down that we can’t give everything away for free. Ninja Forms does a lot that most other free plugins don’t. We have to decide what will be free and what we will charge for. Unfortunately not everyone will agree with us on where we draw that line.

I don’t think my review is disingenuous. This plugin doesn’t work well with Genesis as I have to switch themes in order to build forms.

Look around at your 1 star reviews. The complaints seem to be very similar.

I look through all of our one star reviews. They tend to be the only ones I dialogue on. None of them mention not working with Genesis. My guess is you have something else going on entirely.

Now I could look at the 20 1 star reviews and assume we shouldn’t be charging for our add-ons but then I would have to ignore the 182 5 star reviews that appreciate our products and the service we provide. Since the sale of the products provides us a means of continued development and covers the cost of providing that service that those 5 star reviewers all mention, it would be counter productive to not continue what is obviously working for the majority of users. It stands to reason we can’t please everyone.

Thank you for your review and we wish you the best of luck.
