• So after messing around changing name servers, creatings accounts, apis and a whole load of other things for the Free account, you will get a few hours & then whole month allowance is used up and has “bypassed CDN” which was the only thing I was installing for. The 1000 images optization gets used, but the 100 daily slow optimize does not work ever, help page is useless just tells you to look for error and uninstall other caches, there are none, basically says free, but its useless unless you want to top up credits. so not free just a waste of time and effort now to uninstall all the junk app left in databse

    Hello, as I said after going through all the hassle changing name servers for a “free” CDN service it maxed out within two days, also the image optimization just ran through the bulk 1000 free credits, then just stopped and wouldnt use the slow 100 daily quota, I followed all the troubleshooters, Cron was on, no error messages & its pointless keeping the plug in as the CDN part I wanted maxed out in under two days, complete waste of time

    @lisaleftfoot sorry to hear you’re disappointed :-/

    It sounds to me like you were on the Standard Plan for the CDN. There is a Free Plan with unlimited bandwidth, and maybe that will work better for you. You can learn more about that here.

    The support team should be able to help you out with the image optimization issue, if you want to pursue it further. You can open a ticket at QUIC.cloud, or post a support topic here, and be sure to grab your report number so the team has information about your configuration that can help them get to the bottom of the issue.
