    On 200,000+ other websites this message doesn’t show up. There are probably some conditions on your website that doesn’t let you edit the custom codes.

    Is this a multi-site installation? Do you use or did you use in the past any plugins that changes the user roles (for example User Role Editor or Advanced Access Manager)?
