Hello Sandy,
When did you last update the plugin?
And is it updated to current version which is 2.2.0

Hello!
Thank you for the quick response.
I installed and activated the plugin today (3/17/2020)
Are you seeing any error while updating the sort order?
Or does it simply say that the orders are updated but no changes on frontend?
It says that the orders are updated but no changes on front end.
I am just testing the same version locally and it seems to be working fine with me.
On the shop page where you list products, is this standard woocommerce page or is there some kind of customization done?
Where are you checking the products exactly? Is it on home page somewhere or on some specific page?
Sorry to ask so many questions. Just trying to figure out the issues.
Let me clarify:
I installed and activated yesterday. It was working. Then last night/this morning it stopped, so I deactivated/uninstalled the reinstalled and activated. Still did not work.
It says it worked, but when I check the website, it’s not updated. I cleared all caches as well.
Thank you!
OK, is there any way I can test this?
It’s on synergycraftstudio.com. I am trying to get all of the “customizable” products together with “Customize Your Shirt” leading.
It is the shop page, and I am using Rosetta Plus Theme (by Cryout Creations)
OK, if the shop page is created by the Theme developers then the plugin will not work. Because that is customized by them and provided with the theme package.
Try this:
Go to Admin > Appearance > Customize
Then click on WooCommerce > Product Catalog
Here change the option “Default product sorting” to “Default sorting (custom order + name)”
And then click on publish.
Thank you.
I did have WooCommerce>Product Catalog>”Default sorting (custom order + name).
I changed it to “Average rating” published it, then went back to “Default sorting (custom order + name), no change.
That’s strange. Any changes you made to the site between the time when it worked yesterday and when not worked today?
The only thing I can think of was trying (unsuccessfully) show all my products on one page. I installed and uninstalled WooCommerce Load More Products – BeRocket because it was also not working.
Ah that’s it. The load more plugin uses its own code to render the list of products on the frontend. My plugin only works on the standard list provided by Woocommerce.
But I uninstalled WooCommerce Load More Products.
Shouldn’t it work now?
