Was working, now it’s not?

    I just updated WordPress from previous version in hopes that it would help, but it hasn’t.

    The form was been working for months, but all of the sudden, if I fill out the form and hit “submit,” it just refreshes back to the contact form (a “thank you” message does not appear). A message will not come through.

    Please go to bluemonster.ca and test it here if you’d like. I can’t figure out why the form has randomly stopped working.

    Are you receiving the emails from this form? If not Please take a look at this link http://docs.themeisle.com/article/42-unable-to-receive-contact-form-submissions

    Thank you for the link, Poonam. The only email I have from this form is of your response to my question.

    Can you please let me know what happened to make the contact form not work any longer and why another plugin is necessary? (I’m confused as to why Pirate forms doesn’t just have an update to fix the issue)

    Hi again Poonam,

    I installed the Postman plugin, completed the set up, and ran a test from the plugin. It came through. However, running a test through my contact form still doesn’t work. It seems like Postman and Pirate forms are not connected.

    Please let me know what I am missing…

    Make sure you are using correct SMTP credentials.Are you receiving the emails in your WordPress admin? http://prntscr.com/fx467v Please activate this option and let me know.
