# Was working, now doesn’t

 * I installed this plugin on my site: [http://www.circinn-studio.com](http://www.circinn-studio.com)
   a while back, and it was working great. I also connected Ninja forms to my list.
   Today, I had an order on my site, and the customer did not go on my list. I also
   tested ninja forms – no longer working (was previously).
 * So, I installed WordPress Mailchimp plugin. When I enter my key and save changes,
   I get the message ‘not connected’. So, I de-installed the mailchimp plugins, 
   and re-downloaded. Now, when I try to enter the api key in the woocommerce mailchimp
   plugin, I get an HTTP 500 error. When I try to connect on mailchimp for wordpress,
   I get the not connected message, and when I try to fetch the lists via Ninja 
   forms, I get ‘Not found’.
 * I contacted my hosting company (123-reg) and they ran the cURL command with my
   api key in place (latter part of the key is us-14). This connected fine on SSH.
   I’m at a loss here – this was all working, and now it’s not. My cURL version 
   is 7.19.7. Can you please assist?

 * It’s all working now. I changed nothing – just gave it another go and everything
   came together. The only thing I can think is there was some problem at the mailchimp
   end.
