I used PMP for a new business and it quickly picked up custom.

After around a year I upgraded to WordPress 4 and PMP stopped working.

I contacted PMP support (a service I paid for, for 2 years) and they said because I use Windows servers they can’t help me.

I nearly lost my entire business because of this.

Now after 3 months of hard work I have now had to rebuild an entire new site, purchased Woocommerce subscriptions and transfer around 1000 memberships.

I’m not entirely sure what the $97 a year support is for but if you think your business will do well, avoid this plug in.

As the saying goes, you get what you pay for… With one exception, the support from these guys.

I can’t find a customer record for “saltuh”. Can you provide a name or order # or reach out to info@paidmembershipspro.com so I can make sure you were refunded and follow up on any support requests you posted?

Obviously, you’ve moved on and I’m glad you found a solution that works. But we do intend for PMPro to run on Windows servers. When we hear of issues like this, we work with the people reporting to get it fixed for them and everyone else running WP on IIS… whether they are paying support members or not. So I’m concerned and curious to hear that we dropped the ball on the issue you were having.
