@csaaaorg – Sorry to hear that. To be completely honest and fair though, your report seemingly coincides with the dozens of others over the past few weeks to say it suddenly broke after updating to WP 5.6. Unfortunately 100% of those cases have been found to be caused by other plugins & themes, something we are not responsible for. Further unfortunate that our plugin relies on JS on your site to not have fatal errors and WP 5.6 caused JS errors in hundreds of plugins & themes that didn’t update accordingly.
You might try installing the jQuery Migrate plugin which was even recommended by WP 5.6 welcome page if you found issues after the upgrade.
Hope that helps. But in these cases I cannot see how this would be a fair review unless you had reached out to support and they were not responding (but that isn’t the case as we have team checking daily). We helped every one of the other users track down the issue to another product before we called it.
