Hi there.
We’re sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with the plugin, but we haven’t had any similar complaints about the plugin not being functional. Usually, when there are issues with displaying tables, it’s most likely caused by a conflict with some other plugin or the theme you’re using but we can’t say for sure until we take a look.
We’ve checked our official support platform, and couldn’t find any tickets with your nickname, so if you did write to our support, please provide us with the ticket number.
Support is, of course, there for lite users as well as premium users. You can’t open a ticket in the wpDataTables section as a Lite user, but there’s a Pre-purchase questions for wpDataTables section for lite users and people interested in the plugin. Also, you can submit a question on this forum, in the Support section, and we’d gladly assist you there.
Please feel free to reach out to our support team either through this forum, or through our official support platform, and we’ll gladly help you with any issues that may arise.
Kind regards.
I didn’t create a ticket as I needed a purchase code. It would have been more obvious if I could just choose Lite instead of going to another page. In the plugin the link takes me to the ticket page which I can’t use…
I did try several options to get it to work, but due to a lack of time I just downloaded another plugin that “worked out of the box”.
Thanks for your reply though. I will amend the score although without testing it.
Thank you for your response and for ammending the review, we really appreciate that!
We’re sorry to see you moved away from wpDataTables, but maybe if you have more time in the future, you can give us another shot?
We’ve checked the lite installation just now, and the “Open a Topic” button (under “Get Help”) leads to this forum’s Support section, so we weren’t able to locate the link leading you to our tickets. The ticketing platform does have the “Pre-Purchase Questions for wpDataTables” since we believe that the Lite users are in fact, pre-purchase people.
We’d love to hear your feedback on how we could improve the support contact from within the plugin, so these situations are avoided in the future.
Once again, thank you for responding, and feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions!
