I’m not sure when or by what it happened, but the page where testimonials were displayed is now a total mess. Some testimonials don’t have styling and the alignment is also sometimes non-existent. I’ve set it fixed to 2 columns. Still sometimes I see 6 columns, of unstyled testimonial.

Let’s see if I can go back a few versions, because the constant stream of so called upgrades do more harm than good. It goes up to a point that this plugin becomes totally unreliable and must be removed permanently.

  • Hi @mike2972,

I’m so sorry to hear this!
It’s certainly not our intention to cause you trouble – we are looking to improve the plugin and make it better for our users.

I was unable to replicate the same issue on my end, could you please install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ ?
After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.

Go to its troubleshoot mode and only activate this plugin and see if the same happens with a default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty-One for example) and no other plugins.

Please let me know how it goes and what you find!

    All the best,
    Mihaela

Sorry for not responding in time. The problem has been solved. It was an apparently corrupted “view”. Not sure how this could have happened, but it did.

So, after I deleted the view and re-created a new one, the displaying of testimonials was correct again.
