Warnings & Errors When Cloning Site

    I have installed NS Cloner on a site hosted with WP Engine. I want to clone the primary shop site onto another network site.

    On the NS Cloner admin page I am getting the warning ‘This host’s max_execution_time is set to 0 seconds – we generally recommend at least 60 seconds for running the Cloner. You may want to increase the max_execution_time in php.ini (or wherever your host supports PHP configuration updates) to avoid any timeout errors.’ even though php_value max_execution_time 3600 has been added to .htaccess

    When I try an actual clone it fails after about a minute going to an HTTP 500 error page. In the log there is an error ‘[Sat Dec 01 13:48:57.103463 2018] [:error] [pid 1693] [client 83.151.203.244:11906] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 80 bytes) in /nas/content/live/smartcandle/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1889, referer: https://www.smartcandle.co.uk/wp-admin/network/admin.php?page=ns-cloner’.

    How can I get this fixed?

    I’m more than happy to pay for the Pro version if necessary.
