I just imported the following products into google merchant center and I have the following errors and warnings:

ERRROR: Insufficient product identifiers: Missing two out of three attributes [GTIN, brand, mpn]

Warning: Missing recommended attribute: google product category

Warning: Missing recommended attribute: product type

Is there a way to insert this information into the feed of the product? How would you recommend to do that?

    URL of the feed: http://cartolibreriabiondi.com/?rss=true&action=product_list&xmlformat=google

    URL of the shop: http://cartolibreriabiondi.com

    Hi Ray,
i am been trying to add "custom meta", for example in the product below, but it does not show up in the feed. For example, i the case of this product i was trying to add the attribute "Brand"

Can you please point me to "and there is support for adding whatever attributes are necessary either manually by entering them on the product pages, or via hooks and filters if you'd prefer to do it programatically."

Thanks to you for the support,

i had a look at the code and i noticed that the attributed MUST start with "g:" in order to get inserted into the feed

Let's see what now google think about the new feed.

I will keep you updated :-)

I can confirm you that the feed looks 100% google compatible,

You can add "custom meta" starting with "g:" and they will be directly inserted into the Google feed as attributes. You can find more information here: http://francesco-lelli.users.sourceforge.net/technicality/2014/05/on-modify-the-google-merchant-feed-produced-by-wp-ecommerce/
