# Warning while opening website

 * Hello,
    When I open my website there is a quick glimpse of a warning. I can’t
   figure out what it is, but when I go into the login page there is a warning there
   which stats-
 * > “Warning: define(): It is not safe to rely on the system’s timezone settings.
   > You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set()
   > function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this
   > warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected ‘America/
   > New_York’ for ‘-4.0/DST’ instead in E:\wwwroot\www.cinemadesigngroup.com.wordpress\
   > wp-config.php on line 73 Notice: Constant WP_DEBUG already defined in E:\wwwroot\
   > www.cinemadesigngroup.com.wordpress\wp-config.php on line 73 “

 * I have but that was a while ago, but the warning started a week or two ago. Would
   you know how to fix it?

 * Can you post a copy of your wp-config.php file here **with all passwords and 
   database details removed**?

 * Remove `define('WP_DEBUG', false);`. It’s false by default, so is not needed 
   on a live site.
