 * no custom fields so limited usefulness
 * don’t believe half the pos reviews
 * plenty of great free CSV plugins around
 * most obnoxious developer I ever encountered online
 * $100 for such a tiny ‘app’ is ridiculous, prob on par with typical pro plugins
   though have to admit
 * when I buy support, I want to know that the dev will back the product and be 
   there when needed
 * what i don’t want is to waste hours of my time, find a bug, and then be told 
   to get lost because it’s too difficult to fix
