Warning: sprintf in permalinks

Hi,
I have a problem in the permanent links that until now did not go out …
(!) Warning: sprintf (): Too few arguments in C: \ wamp \ www \ tele \ wp-admin \ options-permalink.php on line 43
Apparently it has to do with translations. I switch to English and it disappears, but it is not the solution. The language of the page must be in Basque. What I have found in the forum refers to specific plugins, but mine only appears in the permanent links section.
Has someone the same thing happened to him? have you been able to solve it?
