    Do you have this error message on activation, or use the Adminer?
    Also the question for single or multisite install?

    Tested only on WP MU 3.5.1

    Installation and activation successful with release 1.2.3, however Start Adminer | Start Adminer in New Tab is triggering this notification:

    Thanks. But the BWPS_FILECHECK constant is from a other source, maybe a other plugin then.
