 * I have received the following messages as I tried to access my user list. I had
   just logged in and don’t know why I got the messages. Everything worked fine 
   a couple of hours ago.

   jetpack/_inc/lib/tracks/client.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream:
   No such file or directory in /home/content/88/11527188/html/oea308.org/wp-content/

 * Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/
   content/88/11527188/html/oea308.org/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/_inc/lib/tracks/

 * Access your server via [SFTP or FTP](https://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients),
   or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to the `/
   wp-content/plugins/` directory, and manually delete the `/jetpack/` directory
   there.
 * Then, reinstall Jetpack from Plugins > Add New in your site’s Dashboard.

 * I have this same issue but deleting through FTP and reinstalling is not helping.
   Any thoughts?
