  • Resolved WD-13

    (@lillykc)

Need help. Everything worked fine and suddenly I can’t see the website anymore nor get into the backend.

I deleted plugins I just installed, I didn’t do anything else to the website, it broke down by itself.

Warning: require(/var/kunden/webs/kd69527/wp-includes/load.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/kunden/webs/kd69527/wp-settings.php on line 19 Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/var/kunden/webs/kd69527/wp-includes/load.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/share/php/:/usr/share/php5/’) in /var/kunden/webs/kd69527/wp-settings.php on line 19

    Help would be great!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @lillykc.,

Error Related to Missing or Damaged Core Files
Try downloading WordPress again, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, and delete then replace your copies of everything except the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory with fresh copies from the download. This will effectively replace all of your core files without damaging your content and settings.
Some uploaders tend to be unreliable when overwriting files, so don’t forget to delete the original files before replacing them.

    Thanks

    Hi Rajan,

thank you for your help. I deleted everything (except wp-config.php and /wp-content/ ) and uploaded a brand new WordPress and the first page works now. But other pages have “Not Found – The requested URL /behandlungen/ was not found on this server.”

    🙁

Sounds like you inadvertently deleted your root.htaccess file. Try resetting your custom permalinks back to the default setting via Settings -> Permalinks. If this works, then set your custom permalink structure back up again.
