Warning! /public_html/ is writeable!

    Dear All

    Today, i click wp-super cache from “Option” menu, and get the an important message like below:

    Warning! /home/xxxx/public_html/ is writeable!

    Then, i check my public_html permission, and its 750. In previous day, message above does not appear. So please tell me what wrong !

    I’m getting this same issue. All I did was install the plugin and now I see this error message. Do I or we even need to worry about this message?

    I removed this warning in the new release today: 0.5.4
    Instead it warns you if wp-content/ or the config file isn’t writable, but still allows you to view the admin page, without being allowed to change anything.
