 * I got the same error messages after installing Fastest theme. The problem is 
   that each file in the themes inc folder has unnecessary close and open php tags`?
   > <?php` on the specified lines.
 * **The Fix:** Remove the unnecessary php tags and the errors will disappear.
 * Hope this helps.
