When sending out a Newsletter using MailPoet, at the top of the emails being received (by Gmail and possibly others) there is the below “Warning” message to those receiving. Is there any way to avoid this?

“Warning” This may be a spoofed message. The message claims to have been sent from your account, but Gmail couldn’t verify the actual source. Avoid clicking links or replying with sensitive information, unless you are sure you actually sent this message. (No need to reset your password, the real sender does not actually have access to your account!)

Almost 5 days and no response, Great Support. Not sure I want to upgrade now.

Hey Boyder, we’re a small team with tens of thousands of free users. A little patience required at times.

We’re curious to see your issue in any case.

Can you contact us using the help icon at the bottom right of all your MailPoet pages. The icon is both documentation and a contact form.

    Thanks!

We are also facing the same problem.
Yesterday we sent our monthly Newsletter to our subscribers using plugin MailPoet Version: 2.8.2
Our subscribers receive the newsletter with warning message “Be careful with this message. It contains content that’s generally used to steal personal information”.

Please let us know how to resolve this.

Also I am not able to figure out help icon on our dashboard. Please help me locate it.

    Thanks

    Hi Fatima,

Sorry we missed your post, please note MailPoet 2 is actually a different forum, this is the forum for MailPoet 3.

Please feel free to email support(at)mailpoet.com and we will take a look.

    Thanks!
