[Plugin Social Slider] warning of unsecured content for https site (5 posts)

    Like the plugin but it is causing a warning on most browsers regarding unsecured content. (see http://motees.com.au vs https://motees.com.au)

    Anyone know of a fix for this - as i don't want to put potential customers off.

    That plugin does send unsecured content. Most of your links on your secured page are https: but those coming from that plugin are http:. You will have to edit the plugin or try something like this:

    Currently there is no possibility to change the default icons. However, you can add in the Pro version new services (such as RSS, Facebook, ...) with their own icons.
    But you have a good idea:) I will think on this ...

    Thank you Lukasz, but I'm quite happy with the look of the icons. What I need is for the plugin to to not generate warnings when my site is configured to run over https.

    At the moment I receive warnings regarding unsecured content. I don't know if simply changing references of http to https in code would work. Look forward to this being addressed in future release.

    (btw, I have purchased the pro version already)
