    We bought the Pro version straight away because we need some of that functionality and were in hurry. The good news:

    • You can still order, pay and activate it with the credentials provided
    • It’s a very versatile plugin. We’re not surprised it got so many positive reviews in the past
    • Most of it works and we’re using it in production, but with some issues
    • There is a contact form to get support for the Pro version and we did receive a confirmation

    The bad news: that confirmation is the last we heard. A month has passed, no answer. Reminders to support@ or the ‘UMP Chatbot’ did not help. So we’re worried. Adding to our worries:

    • The last reply from the plugin author here was in December 2022
    • There are many references to a forum on user-meta.com/forums , but it is only visible if you’re not logged in. As soon as I login the URL results in 404
    • There is no ‘about us’ containing company name, address, chamber of commerce registration etc. Your paying via paddle.com, but that’s just a payment service.
    • The website has links to Twitter and Facebook accounts, but those have been closed. Only the YouTube channel is still there, but no activity there since Oct. 2023.

    So I’m afraid I made a mistake by choosing this plugin. We’re looking for an alternative.
