    Hello,

    I seem to be getting this at the top of my WordPress login and on every page of my website (joelward.com):

    Warning: mysql_query(): Access denied for user ”@’localhost’ (using password: NO) in /home/magicjoel/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mn-contact-form/mn-contact-form.php on line 79

    I got a pop up window saying: CUSTOM CONTACT FORMS IS EXPERIENCING ISSUES.

    I followed the steps to Permalinks and saved changes, but have had no results. I don’t actually even use CUSTOM CONTACT FORMS.

    I also noticed my THEME template is kind of messed up on every page, especially the contact page.

    Can anyone help me fix this problem?

    Hello, I see that ‘mn-contact-form’ is a plugin that hasn’t been updated for the last 3 years ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/mn-contact-form/ ). This might be causing various issues on your website since you state that you are running 4.9.2. The plugin supports a WordPress version of 3.x so it’s way outdated to say the least.

    I would suggest you to remove it completely and try a different contact form plugin that is updated to the latest WordPress standards to avoid various errors & issues like the one you are currently getting.

    I also noticed my THEME template is kind of messed up on every page, especially the contact page.

    I checked your contact page and several other pages… but didn’t see anything that is not there by design.

    Can you clearly describe what you mean by “messed up”?
