# Warning: is_writable()

 * I am moving a wordpress site carefully using the “Codex Moving WordPress” page.
   When I rename the two URL’s I recieve the following messages
 * Warning: is_writable() [function.is-writable]: open_basedir restriction in effect.
   File(/) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/energyre/:/usr/lib/php:/usr/
   local/lib/php:/tmp) in/home/energyre/public_html/blog/wp-admin/includes/misc.
   php on line 133
 * Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started
   at /home/energyre/public_html/blog/wp-admin/includes/misc.php:133) in/home/energyre/
   public_html/blog/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 866
 * Any ideas?
