The system isn’t allowed to access a resource due to the way it’s configured. Your best option would be to reach out to your host to check the Plesk configuration:

As @jansudek mentioned, there is an open issue relating to this error which our developers are aware of here:

While they are currently working on a fix, we’re not able to provide a specific timeline for when this may be released.

In the meantime, the above link does also include a workaround. You can follow the instructions here to apply this to your site:

I hear you, but I think if there’s nothing else to add to the thread here it’s ok to resolve it.

As mentioned we don’t have a known timeline for a release that fixes this issue, but the comments on GitHub do outline what you can do to fix it on your site now until an official release happens.
