    Thanks for contacting us. I would be glad to help out, can you please include these 2 things?

    1. The shortcode you are trying to use.
    2. The report from the System Info page of our plugin. Click here if you are unsure how to do this.

    Thank you so much for your response.

    I commented out the following

            $output = '';
            // foreach ($video->items as $video_data) {
            //     $user_name_href = '' . $video_data->snippet->channelId;
            //     $channelTitle = $video_data->snippet->channelTitle;
            //     $youtube_title = $this->fts_youtube_title($video_data);
            //     $youtube_description = $this->fts_youtube_tag_filter($this->fts_youtube_description($video_data));
            //     $date = $this->fts_custom_date($video_data->snippet->publishedAt, 'youtube');
            //   //  $date = $video_data->snippet->publishedAt;
            //     $output .= '<div class="entriestitle fts-youtube-popup fts-facebook-popup"  style="display: block !important;">';
            //     $output .= '<h3><a href="' . $user_name_href . '" target="_blank">' . $channelTitle . '</a></h3>';
            //     $output .= '<div class="fts-youtube-date">' . $date . '</div>';
            //     $output .= '<h4>' . $youtube_title . '</h4>';
            //     $output .= '<div class="fts-youtube-description-popup">' . $youtube_description . '</div>';
            // }
            return $output;

    in the youtube-feed.php and the errors went away.

    Here is the info you requested

    Hey @tromeo,
    When I test the your shortcode it appears to be working on our site with the Premium on or off. I no longer see the feed on your example page. Did you ever get it to work?

    I’d be glad to assist you further. You may have just needed to clear the FTS cache and any other plugins that could be caching
