    Hello,

    by default in WooCommerce there is a textarea field called “Additional Information” under the shipping form. The warning you’re getting is because this field was somehow removed. That field could’ve been removed with a PHP snippet in your child theme’s functions.php file, or with a PHP snippet added through a plugin similar to Code Snippets, or with the help of a checkout field editor plugin.

    Note that the warning has nothing to do with the Multi-Step Checkout plugin. You can deactivate the plugin for a moment to see that the warning is still there.

    If you insist on removing the “Additional Information” textarea field, then I would suggest using the following PHP snippet:

    add_filter( 'woocommerce_enable_order_notes_field', '__return_false', 9999 );
