    I have updated the wp to the latest version and now the Contact form i get this error on main website:

    Warning: htmlspecialchars() [function.htmlspecialchars]: charsetUTF-7′ not supported, assuming iso-8859-1 in /home/xxxxxxxx/public_html/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 3019`
