    iFeature 4.5.12 by CyberChimps WordPress Themes I have this

    i have contacted my server host 1&1.co.uk they say there severs are ok and
   the issue is with wordpress as they are only a third party thank you in advance
   for your time with this situation

 * Try:
    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s
   folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name
   using [FTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients) or whatever file management
   application your host provides.
 * – [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or phpMyAdmin.
 * – re-uploading all files & folders – **except** the wp-content folder – from 
   a **fresh** download of your current version of WordPress.

 * thank you for quick recsponce . Rev: It has been a while i have had the fault,
   so do not exactly remember I think it could have been when activating , i did
   not link it to my website as it had that error ,but now I wish to use it again
   and I want to get rid of bad links I have found since I came across Wotbot,as
   you can tell I am a Newbie and have been for a while ha ha. My website is [http://www.jambleye.co.uk](http://www.jambleye.co.uk)
