Warning: fopen and other problems!

    Hey everyone –

    Just getting started on wordpress and I LOVE IT! Problem is, I purchased a premium theme and downloaded a free one, and when I try and install either one I get this error before activating:

    “Warning: fopen(/home/painesv1/public_html/dinidhtesting/wp-content/themes/Reload-Premium-WPMadness.v1.1/style.css) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/painesv1/public_html/dinidhtesting/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4165

    Warning: fread(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/painesv1/public_html/dinidhtesting/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4168

    Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/painesv1/public_html/dinidhtesting/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4171″

    I searched the forums and can’t really find a solution, and would appreciate any help from anyone!
