# Warning filesize – scan doesn't complete

 * Hi,today I am unable to complete a full scan, this message comes up: Warning:
   filesize() [function.filesize]: stat failed for /var/sites/m/medsoclondon.org/

 * Try excluding the file it is hanging on. Backup files can be large and hard to
   scan.

 * Thanks Brian for your suggestion. I deactivated the plugins which were causing
   it to hang, ran a scan, reactivated them and all seems to be working again now
   but I will have that up my sleeve just in case!
