Warning Fatal error

    So I am new to wordpress and any sort of site building in general. I am using host gator and FileZilla. I have downloaded the unzipped wordpress files but when I go to my page this comes up:

    Warning: require_once(/home4/masterairz/public_html/wp-includes/load.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home4/masterairz/public_html/wp-load.php on line 49

    Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home4/masterairz/public_html/wp-includes/load.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/php54/lib/php’) in /home4/masterairz/public_html/wp-load.php on line 49

    Could someone please help me or lead me in the right direction to solve this?
